"To me counseling is a way to give value to each person and their life's story; I utilize this value in order to build a relationship that assists each person in reaching their mental health goals. Everyone has value, deserves to be cared for, understood, and heard. My goal is to help each person feel these things while also assisting them to build the skills they need so they can successfully manage or maintain their own mental health without me."- Christine
